Groom and Grub 2010
July 24, 2010

Our first grooming demonstration was very informative for all. Everyone had a lot of great questions which led to letting us know that you must start with the correct tools. Coleen went over grooming tools, what they were used for, and the result achieved with each one. “Knowing your tool” is the first step in learning to groom with good results. Practice helps. George’s “Willie” was the demo dog.

Our pot luck luncheon was luscious…chicken, BBQ ribs, corn on the cob, fresh fruit, several homemade salads, cheese, assorted COLD beverages and a DQ ice-cream cake! Thank you to everyone who brought a food item.

George hosted the day, With the temperatures in the 90's and high humidity, we were grateful for his central air and very cool house.
